Just how high does Higher Power go? Let's just say the savvy women at SPANX took Power Panties and extended the control above the waistline -- all the way up to just the south of the "twin peaks." SPANX Higher Power eliminates VPL, and slims, smooths and shapes the figure from the lower thighs up through the midriff. Plus, there's no binding leg band to create bulge on thigh! Soft hosiery fabric has flat seam up front and back. Not recommended for thin or clingy fabrics. Fabric Content: 87% Nylon, 13% Lycra, Spandex/Elastane Spandex/Elastane. For size A choose size 1, For size B choose size 2, for size C choose size 3, for size D choose size 4, for size E choose size 5.

They work!

These really work! I have a pair that I've worn under several formal dresses. They work for causal clothes too... I've even worn them under jeans and tops when it's really cold out for another layer around my waist. ;)
