This really is a very comfortable bra!! The shoulder straps don't fall down and the cups have nice padding. If you are in between sizes at all, I would highly recommend going with the smaller size. Since there is no adjustment, you need a snug fit to have it stay in place. Otherwise, it will ride up too much and slip around in the back. Just my advice. :)
