You are able to check the status of your order online or by phone.  To check online, login to your account.  From there you can view your order, billing/shipping information, estimated ship date and tracking number, when available.

Please note:  We recommend checking back often because if there is a problem or cancellation with your order we will note that here (after we notify you by email and/or phone, of course), so if you haven’t received an email, check here.
