Using Live Chat you can contact a representative of TJ Formal directly and get instant responses to your questions. When you click on the Live Chat button at the top right of the screen, you will get a pop-up window asking you for information. A Live Chat operator will then be with you shortly.

How long is the wait for a Live Chat?

Live Chat operators are very quick to pick up a Chat. However, there may be a wait time depending on how many Chats are taking place at any given time. During prom season, there may be a longer wait.

What kind of questions can I ask in Live Chat?

There are no restrictions on questions. Live Chat operators primarily help with checking if a dress is in stock or when it will become available. You can also see general questions answered in our FAQs.

Why isn’t Live Chat available all the time?

Live Chat is available when both our retail store is open and the manufacturers are open. Live Chat operators are not able to respond to as many questions during closed times, therefore Live Chat is also closed. You can use our Contact Us form during this time.

Why do I have to enter my email address?

We ask for an email address so that we can respond to any questions you may have that we cannot answer right away. We also use it to contact you if, for some reason, the Chat is disconnected.
