What is Make an Offer?
Make an offer allows you to “offer” a dollar amount different than the price listed and potentially save money! A pop up window will open after you click on the "Make an Offer" button. In this box, you will enter the “offered” amount and order details. Your credit card will be temporarily authorized for the "offered" amount. We will notify you about the status of your Make an Offer Order by email. If your offer is declined, your transaction will be voided. Accepted offers are considered orders and therefore cannot be canceled or returned. All items on our site are new with the original designer label.
What are the payment options for Make an Offer?
At this time we can only accept credit card payments.
What happens after I submit my offer?
Your offer will be reviewed. If it is accepted, you will receive an email indicating our acceptance of your offer. You will then receive another email with all your order and shipment details. If your offer is declined you will be notified via emails and your transaction will be voided. Accepted offers are considered orders and therefore cannot be canceled or returned.
What products are available for Make an Offer?
Currently most items are included in this feature except dresses by Bari Jay and Bill Levkoff.
How do I improve my chances of having my offered accepted?
Make a reasonable offer. Choose an in-stock dress. Choose a style from a previous season.
Why can’t I input a lower offer?
To best facilitate this process, we have already put a limit on how low we can go with a price. We don’t waste your time, or ours, by allowing offers that will never be considered because they are too low or unreasonable.
Are all products that have the Make an Offer feature in stock?
As with a regular order, we may or may not have the item in stock. If we do have it in stock, the size and color will be indicated on the product. If we do not have it in stock, we will check with the manufacturer to see if we can special order it. You will be notified by email for either option.
I am getting an error when I submit my offer. What should I do?
First, try it again. Or try it at a later time. If you are still getting the same error, please Contact Us and we will assist you.
Can I just email you an offer?
You need to make a formal offer by using the form on the product. |
