Quality Customer Support - Above & Beyond!

In eighteen days, my only daughter is getting married to the man of her dreams.  For the past year, it has been a whirlwind of planning, etc.  for a somewhat formal affair.  As the MOB, I was tasked to find just the right dress.   That dress was recently ordered with significant help from one of your employees - Mary.  I wanted to take the time to send you a note to let you know just how much I appreciate everything that Mary has done for me.

I am a middle-aged (turning 50 2 days before the wedding) woman, who is heavier than I want to be, and it is not been an easy process to find a dress.  There were plenty of dresses, but few that made me feel beautiful as a MOB. Initially, I ordered a smaller size dress from TJs because I was overly confident that I would lose weight before the wedding.   Although the weight is coming off, it is a slower process than I antipcated, and I had to finally acknowledge that this dress would not fit by the wedding.    

So, I found myself in July 2009 with nothing to wear for an August wedding.  I sent an initial email to TJs inquiring about the availability of other dresses, and Mary responded.  Over the next several weeks, we exhanged a lenghty series of emails where I asked about certain styles, and Mary would answer my questions.  Not only did she answer, she researched and sent me suggested options of other styles that were available and could be considered.  She was always polite and courteous, and extremely helpful.

Here I am, this MOB who has waited to the last minute to order - futher complicated because I need a special size, specific color, and certain style options to accomodate my size and all the special features of being a middle-aged women (e.g. menopause). Mary took it all in stride.  She was patient and never showed any frustration with all my antics, and went above and beyond in providing quality customer support.  

I just ordered my dress last week -  http://www.tjformal.com/48676/561649/Montage-by-Mon-Cheri/Montage-by-Mon-Cheri-Dress-29980.html - and it is due to arrive just before the wedding.  Mary is out of the office right now, and another employee (Kira) has assisted with my order.  Kira has also been helpful.   This is a beautiful dress, and one that I believe will work perfectly for me. 

I don't often attend formal events, but when I do, you can rest assured that I will order again from TJ Formals.  I cannot begin to thank you guys enough for all fo the support and assistance.
